Like this. I saw reviews about not working. I thought I had a problem one then got instruction booklet to check. The important thing is not to forget gel first, turn power on. Select arrow at top for programme then do up arrows on each side to get it toning. No results as only using for a week

Abs toning belt.
Got this on Xmas eve as a present,and I really think this could work the more I use it.it feels nice on around my waste and I can carry on my normal tasks,hoovering cleaning etc.i will wate and see the results after a month maybe..so here's to you, thankyou.

Excellent Belt
I bought this belt after returning a Slendertone belt to Slendertone.. I am really pleased and can feel the improvement already. It is not particularly comfortable to use but no pain, no gain!

Not worth the money . I had a slendertone belt I wish I brought another one not this . Program is for 10 mins not tensing the muscle like I thought . Just a mild tingle I’m getting a refund

Neat and effective with one reservation
This is an affordable toning belt with some pleasing programmes - we all find our favourites, don't we! It is comfortable to wear, and the power/programming unit works well, although I usually held it the wrong way round - that is, with the display upside down. My only reservation about this belt is the timing: you are limited to 10 minutes before having to restart which I find very annoying in the middle of a workout routine. However, that said, I do enjoy at least four of the programmes and will continue to use them regularly.

Years ago I had a Slender toner and this product is so much better and after 2 weeks of use I do feel that my stomach is less fat and more toned.

No, it's just for ab's. It would probably hurt you too if you used it there, would be uncomfortable there too.
I would say no, it's designed specifically for your waist. However, I guess the 4 pads could go against your bum quite nicely, but you'd be wearing the belt around your hips and the clasp resting on your ladybits.

It's a pulsing against the muscles, and it does work. Make sure if you buy one to insure it, sometimes after a while one side or the other stops vibrating. Good buy though.
