Disappointed
In store picture look the best out of tv available to consider. Purchase tv and set was easy but the picture was very dark. Changed brightness setting , it made no difference. Control 0- 50 . From 25 down it did get darker but 25 up made no difference. Took tv back and changed for a different make.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung 43 Inch QE43Q7FAAU Smart 4K UHD HDR QLED TV: The QE43Q7FAAU does not support the old analogue BBC Text (Ceefax) service, as this service was discontinued in the UK.
However, the TV does support the BBC Red Button (digital text service) when connected to an aerial and tuned to Freeview. This allows access to BBC interactive services, news, and additional content via the Red Button on the remote, subject to broadcast availability and an active signal.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung 43 Inch QE43Q7FAAU Smart 4K UHD HDR QLED TV: This does have Freeview built in (via Freeview Play), allowing customers to watch live TV and access catch-up services where available.
However, this model does not support recording of live TV. It does not offer USB or internal recording (PVR) functionality.

"Yes, the Samsung QE43Q7FAAU (Q7F series 2025) QLED TV has a permanent, functional polarizing layer attached to the screen as part of its display panel.
Do Not Remove: Samsung explicitly warns against attempting to remove this layer, as it is not a protective shipping film and doing so will damage the TV.
Purpose: The polarizing film is a critical component of the QLED/LCD display technology, necessary for controlling light and producing the image.
distinction: Unlike removable protective films, the permanent polarizing film does not have stickers or tabs in the corners.
Note: The TV may come with a temporary plastic screen protector, which should be removed, but the layer directly on top of the screen panel itself must remain."
