I bought this television recently and have had it mounted on the wall. Excellent view from all angles. Great picture quality. Easy to set up with Tivo box and wifi, works well with apps and satellite TV . No problems with brightness and contrast have not had to touch anything. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had this a couple of weeks now and not disappointed. Samsung is a brand we’ve always used. The picture quality is amazing. So easy to set up and connect other devices. Great sound too although we still use a soundbar for extra sound.

Good but not for 4K
Easy to set up and fairly easy to use the menus. But and this is all over the Samsung forums, trying to watch a film in notional 4K is a nightmare as the darks are all but impossible to make out and the brightness controls are functionally useless. Switch to not 4K - cant remember the name give s you a screen that is very easy to view and the brightness/picture controls all work.

Excellent quality QLED television especially.
This is an excellent quality television quality tv especially how it stayes very bright in intense daylight of a south facing room with large windows. Obviously in the summer it’s light very late and watching during this time the screen is brilliant even when some of the subject has darker moments such as David Attenborough’ s Secret Gardens programme often filmed in late evening. Picture resolution and contrast also 100% - couldn’t be more pleased with it . Congratulations Samsung ! !

This soundbar model is supplied with wall mounting hardware only and isn’t designed to attach directly to a television on its own. However, many customers successfully use a universal soundbar mounting bracket that connects to the VESA mounting points on the back of the TV. These brackets allow the soundbar to sit securely either above or below the screen, creating a clean and tidy setup without the need to drill additional holes.

The supplier has confirmed. The Samsung 55-inch QE55Q7FAAU Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV does not have Apple TV built-in. It is powered by Tizen OS, which allows access to various streaming services and apps, but it does not include Apple TV functionality.

"No, the Samsung 55 Inch QE55Q7FAAU Smart 4K TV cannot reach 120Hz in game mode.
The TV has a native refresh rate of 50Hz/60Hz and is equipped with HDMI 2.0 ports, rather than the HDMI 2.1 required for 4K at 120Hz gaming. It does support basic gaming features such as Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Game Mode to reduce input lag at 60Hz, but it cannot display content at 120Hz."

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Samsung 55 Inch QE55Q7FAAU Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV.
The Samsung 55" QE55Q7FAAU (2025 Q7F series) does not include an optical (TOSLINK/SPDIF) output, unlike some older models.
You can connect a soundbar using:
HDMI ARC/eARC – best quality and recommended option.
Bluetooth – convenient wireless option (may have slight sync delay).
HDMI audio extractor – workaround if your sound bar only supports optical.

Samsung TV Plus is available on the QE55Q7FAAU Smart TV. It’s a free, ad-supported streaming service offering live channels and on-demand content. However, you cannot record content from Samsung TV Plus using the TV’s built-in recording features. This is because streaming content is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM), which prevents recording. Only live broadcast channels (via aerial) can be recorded using a connected USB storage device.
