Samsung 43" TV
Excellent TV. I got my daughter to set up for us which was fairly simple, would have taken us older parents a lot longer! Have got all the Apps we need working and have managed to connect our old DVD player . Only had a week so still navigating all the buttons on remote but we are getting there!

Unnecessarily features instead of sharp picture.
It was time to replace my old TV, so I decided upon QLED 43" TV . It arrived on time and I've installed it successfully. Then came the disappointment - picture is soft and not better than my 20 year old TV it was replacing. No matter what settings and factory resets picture is lacking sharpness. Some features are not available, so am very disappointed. I'd like to return it, but navigating the Samsung website gets me nowhere.
