Customers Say
Stylish, spacious storage bed with good quality and comfort. Assembly can be challenging, especially the ottoman lift, and some report frame weakness or damaged items.

Good quality
Really good quality , quite straightforward to build up but you need brute strength to get the ottoman to close the first time .

Ottoman bed
Bought for spare room. Easy to assemble with 2 people. Looks really good and the added storage space underneath is a great bonus. Didn’t bother putting the liner in as I want to be able to vacuum it.

Really lovely bed
Really lovely bed, easy to put together and looks very stylish in my daughters box room. Just what we wanted.

Bed review
Assembling was reasonably straightforward but it did take some time to complete its assembly. We found that initially both of the lifting struts were very difficult to get moving. Even after some use the bed still does not always go down evenly or smoothly. Apart from that the bed is good, solid, comfortable to use with plenty of storage.

Th bed came damaged/marked and emailed customer services twice and no reply. The product itself is good quality but just very upset with the damage

Very difficult assembly. Cannot use storage.
I bought this bed a couple of weeks ago. It was very cumbersome and difficult to assemble. To the point where I cannot use the ottoman storage. We tried to call the helpline but there were long waits. I tried again more than once and the one time I did get through the line went dead. It was such a bad experience that I’d rather not think about it anymore. I’ll get the bed disposed of at some point and I’ll try to forget the whole sorry experience. I cannot recommend this particular brand I’m afraid.
