About this product
The GFW Pettine Kingsize Ottoman Bed Frame provides a spacious place to sleep with built-in storage tucked underneath. There's a soft padded frame upholstered in velvet fabric that feels comfortable, with a winged headboard that adds a scalloped detail to your bedroom. The base uses a sprung slat system to support your mattress evenly. Underneath, a smooth lift mechanism reveals a storage compartment with over 543 litres of space for bedding, spare pillows, or out-of-season items you want out of sight. The gold-effect metal legs lift the frame off the floor and give it a contemporary finish.
The lift system opens from the end, so you can keep the bed against the wall without shifting it every time you need access. There's space underneath for hoovering. The frame supports up to 220 kilogrammes total user weight. It arrives flat-packed for self-assembly, two people recommended. Mattress sold separately. Comes with a manufacturer's one year guarantee.

GFW Pettine Double Bed
Took 2 people 2 hours to assemble lots of bits and bobs especially on ottoman bit. But pleased with bed very solid and massive amount of storage which is what I wanted. Only downside is the mattress that i ordered is 28cm deep so sits very high on ottoman lift I thought part mattress would sit inside bed frame but it doesn't (picture in description the mattress must be very thin) But overall very pleased with purchase
