Nice bed though pretty long to assemble
It is a good and sturdy piece of furniture but it takes a lot of time to assemble. The storage space underneath is great thanks to the pistons, super easy to pull up regardless of how heavy the mattress is.

I love my new bed!
I love my new bed! The headboard is soft and sturdy. The colour is lovely. Unboxing the package was fine. I did pay someone from task rabbit to put my bed together and it took them 4 hours. However, the manual says that 2 leople can assemble the bed in 2.5hrs. Since it is a double bed and I bought a new matress as well, it does feel heavy to lift but closing it is fine. The space under the bed is fantastic and can be utilised for almost anything. I love the bed legs but please be careful walking near it because you may stub your toe, which is very unpleasant. But wearing slippers solves that problem easily. I do believe that the bed itself is very expensive but since I am not going to buy a new bed next year, it's worth it. Overall, I would recommend d people buy this bed. P.s. I would recommend two people be at the door for delivery because the packages are very heavy!

A standard double mattress needs to be slightly smaller so it drops inside the frame. Therefore, there would be a gap of 6.5cm between the mattress and the bed frameās headboard and footboard, and a gap of 16.5cm between the mattress and the bed frameās side rails.
