About this product
This Silentnight divan base is built to support your mattress and give you practical storage without taking up extra room. It's a small double size that fits well in compact bedrooms, spare rooms, or anywhere floor space is limited. The grey fabric covering provides a neutral base that works with different bedroom styles. Two drawers sit on either side of the bed, offering space for spare bedding, clothing or everyday items you'd rather keep out of sight. Chrome glide feet make it easy to move when you're cleaning or rearranging without scratching floors.
The drawers open smoothly and provide practical storage in dead space beneath your mattress. Headboard fixings are included so you can attach your choice of headboard separately. The frame is handmade in the UK and comes with a five year manufacturer's guarantee for lasting support. Assembly is straightforward with two people, and all fixings are provided. It's designed to work with any compatible small double mattress, giving you flexibility to choose the comfort level that suits you best.
To complete your set you can choose from our wide range of Silentnight mattresses and headboards, which are available to add separately to create a bed that suits you.

Beware that this has no headboard with it.
Arrived on time and easy to set up. Note that the headboard is not included in the purchase - although it is not clear from the descriptions. That matter is currently being dealt with by the complaints department and hopefully they will update the description. There are headboard holes at both ends of the bed which is a little untidy - but it’s a low cost bed so expectations are just that it does the job. Drawers are very flimsy so will not be putting anything of any weight in them.

Poor quality
The bed is supposed to be silentnight but there is no labelling anywhere to say so. It's very flimsy and creaks when getting out. One of the drawers was broken inside so I fixed it myself rather than returning it. There were staples protruding out all over it. If this is silent nights new standard I won't be buying again. The one I got rid of was way better and it was a very old silentnight divan base.

Elegant looking bed
Beautiful looking bed with elegant gliders instead of wheels. The grey fabric is smart looking & easy to wipe clear of dust. It was easy to assemble by myself & it is sturdily made. There are 4 roomy drawers in this model and I got it at an excellent price.

I brought this small double divan base 2 weeks ago. Easy to assemble very stable and not squeaky when you turn over like the wooden slatted one we replaced. Hopefully will be a lot better and last longer. Only thing is a wanted the two drawers on the same side but there not.
