When it came to putting the 4 drawer divan together, there were 2 stand-out issues: There were red stickers on the divan that indicated where you had to puncture to put in a fitting. The trouble was, the stickers were in random places, and if I had punctured the divan in those places, I would have a very damaged looking divan. The 4 drawer divan came in two sections, and they are held together with only 2 small plastic clamps that come off when we moved the bed onto it's feet. Poor substitute for a bolt or some other more satisfactory fitting to keep the two sections together.

Headboard NOT included!
We are happy with the bed, and the delivery was great. The delivery men communicated well and were helpful and friendly. However, we are very unhappy that the bed did not include the headboard. The headboard is included in the images of the product and the description does not specifically state it isn't included, which is very misleading. The delivery men said that a lot of people expect the headboard to be included and are annoyed that it isn't. On checking the cost of the matching headboard, we decided to purchase one online from another supplier.

Very misleading photo used for this bed. The headboard is not included. It would have been better to use a photo of the bed without a headboard. This bed was chosen from the photo showing the headboard - the headboard was the selling point of the bed for us. We had to order a separate headboard and wait another week for that to be delivered

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Silentnight Middleton Double Divan Bed - Pink: The drawers will be either side of the divan base.
In order to have drawers on both sides, you would need to order a 4 drawer option.

Having checked, the Middleton Divan is offered is the Small Double 4ft, but not in the blue.
The headboard appears to be the Merlin Velvet and again is not available in the Small Double 4ft.
