The Argos Home Vaughan Fabric Recliner Chair gives you a dedicated spot to unwind when the day's done. It's a manual recliner that tilts back when you need to stretch out, and it swivels on its base, so you can turn to face the room or the telly without standing. The soft dark grey fabric feels comfortable and stays practical for everyday lounging. Pocket sprung foam filling keeps the seat supportive through long stretches of sitting. There's room for one person to settle in with a film or a good read.
Metal feet keep it stable and lift the frame off the floor, so you can clean underneath without hassle. The seat stays in place when you're upright, then reclines smoothly with the manual lever. It holds users up to 110 kilogrammes safely. Regular cleaning keeps the fabric looking fresh over time. Assembly required, with all instructions included. Comes with a two year manufacturer's guarantee.

Would recommend.
I purchased this a few weeks ago. Still maintaining comfort, and shape. Easy to assemble, and move to the required position in my lounge. Good size seating so gives plenty of wiggle room when you need to change your position, both upright and reclined. Biggest bonus was purchasing this in the sale.

Nice chair - be aware it's a rocking chair also.
I'm really pleased with this chair, it's comfortable. It reclines perfectly (manually) and when not in the reclining position it is a rocking chair. I love it!

Comfortable and stylish
Bought this a few weeks ago and wish I'd have bought it sooner! It's a wonderfully comfortable chair and the recliner is great when watching a film on tv. It goes well with my charcoal corner sofa and looks lovely in my living room.

Appalling at every stage!
Chair arrived fine. Put together fine. Then when I first sat on it and pulled recliner handle it came away in my hand. After inspecting it hadn’t been screwed in place. I almost overlooked this as I was more than capable of adding a couple of screws but as I went to remove the labels I noticed a small hole in the cushion. Contacted customer service and the soonest they could collect was 9 days away! This wasn’t a toaster that could have sat on the side but a huge recliner chair now sat in the middle of my living room with nowhere to go! I pushed back explaining this and was given an ultimatum of keep it or book the collection date offered. Booked and asked to raise an official complaint. Was told a 24hr manager call back had been raised. This didn’t happen. Raised it TWICE more and told the same thing, neither of them happened! Called up and they advised me to go to store and then the call was dropped. Went to store who could do nothing. Seemingly EVERY aspect and way of talking to someone in Argos is in a different country, they have ZERO UK customer service outside of store who you can contact unless it’s via mail. Argos store manager, Riley, was absolutely fantastic. Profoundly apologised that he could do nothing, explaining that even the numbers they call are in a different country! Handled it exceptionally well… so thank you for trying young man!!! Sent a written letter to Argos and if no response it will be raised through their parent company Sainsbury’s! Should the item have been fine there wouldn’t have been an issue. If you HAVE a issue then good luck!!!

Very comfortable
I bought this for my son's room and he is very happy with it. It looks great, is well made and good to sit on. The reclining is manual and easy to operate. It was really easy to assemble as it comes in just two pieces that slot together with ease. The only thing I would say is it comes in a huge box and it was tricky bringing it up the narrow stairs to our home. Very pleased with the purchase.
