Fabulous light….plus side you don’t need a master degree to be able to put it together although it is a tad fiddly with sausage fingers (Dads words). Lovely light especially for reading as you can place over your shoulder.

Enjoy it while you can
Improved look from previous father and child lamp. Surprised to find after purchase that you cannot replace lightbulbs. When they stop working you have to replace the whole lamp. Let's hope they last a good few years. Lamp is solid, quite weighty. Dimmable.

Bright light, attractive look!
I could not be more pleased with this light. Bought to help me see my embroiderey in our dimly lit living room. It provides directed bright light which is perfect for sewing and threading needles when needed and the dimming switches allow us to alter the light to suit at all other times. The light was simple to put together. I managed by myself but could be handy to have another pair of hands.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Father & Child LED Uplighter Floor Lamp - Chrome: ''The bulbs in this lamp are integrated, so they come as part of the lamp. When they do eventually stop working they cannot be replaced, but they are rated to last for up to 30,000 hours, which is over 27 years if used for three hours per day, every day.''

I can advise that there are separate controls for each part of the lamp, so you can use the reading lamp without the main lamp.
