Argos home telescopic shower rail and rings 140-260 size. Easy to fix line up both ends touching the wall and just twist it until it fits as tight as you can get. They last years I do recommend these.

As the shower rail is extendable, there are two pole sizes for this product, one is 19mm diameter, another one is 22mm diameter. So the pole rings diameter must be larger than 22mm.

The Home 140-260cm Telescopic Rail and Ring Set is designed to be adjustable without the need for cutting. The minimum length it can be adjusted to is 140cm. Unfortunately, it won't fit a 112cm gap as it cannot be shortened beyond 140cm.
