I bought two of these, and while they were sturdy and ok i couldnt get them to fit the size i needed. i think i measured them wrong! anyway i returned them and got a refund.

Not good for tiled surfaces….
Item was not suitable for fixing against tiles …the ends are a hard plastic which had no traction at all, so kept slipping and after an hour of attempting to fix it to the walls I gave up, ending up using it as a curtain pole for a window instead.

Not without it's problems
It doesn't stick to tiles. Try as I might it just kept unwinding. It might be great on bare walls. I had to use some of that none slip rubbery fabric used for putting under ornaments etc and some blue tack. It's now holding up just fine.

It is white not much else.
I have had much better rails. The expanding spring is dubious and the wall 'suckers' are hard plastic so don't stick to tiles. I fixed the ends with silicone sealant. Should have returned it but wasted enough time already.

Perfect for what i needed
Bought these as temporary curtain poles. Work brilliantly very secure. Only using light weight curtains as they have a max weight guidance on them and they have not moved at all

As the shower rail is extendable, there are two pole sizes for this product, one is 19mm diameter, another one is 22mm diameter. So the pole rings diameter must be larger than 22mm.

The Home 140-260cm Telescopic Rail and Ring Set is designed to be adjustable without the need for cutting. The minimum length it can be adjusted to is 140cm. Unfortunately, it won't fit a 112cm gap as it cannot be shortened beyond 140cm.

Although, this has been primarily designed for use as a shower rail it could be repurposed for lightweight curtains like voile, as long as the weight of the curtains does not exceed the rail's capacity.
If you need a more robust solution specifically for window curtains, you might want to consider a curtain rod designed for that purpose.
