Faulty assembly of unit
First unit had to return for replacement unit as was faulty assembly not major fault but should have been noticed before despatch. However new unit works well and does what it says on the box.

Lovely looking toaster and does toast ok
Certain types of bread such as Warburtons does not fit in the toaster. You will need to turn. Can fit tea cakes in no problem. Toasts quite well.
