Bought this toaster as our old one was no longer useable. We were looking for a good brand, which could toast up to 4 slices of bread at a time and was easy to use and easy to keep clean. The Russell Hobbs looked good and was priced reasonably.

Mixed views about this item. It looks good, toasts bread and teacakes speedily but my one issue is that it does not toast large slices of bread, as part of the bread sticks out the top. Clearly the toaster is not quite tall enough. I have to toast one end of the bread and then put it through again to toast the other end, which is a pain

Works well and we’re happy with it. Only minor gripe is cosmetic: the rear is curved, so it doesn’t sit comfortably against the back wall. Maybe that’s good as the heat is kept away from the wall?

Rubbish at toating takes forever also bread sticks out the top and doesnt get toasted, if I still had the box I would be returning it.

This toaster doesnt have the lift and look function . Its listed in description but not in instructions. I returned it .

No Bagel setting, bought on the strength of bagel setting but could not return as packaging gad been discarded. Does not do what it says in the features.
