Faulty assembly of unit
First unit had to return for replacement unit as was faulty assembly not major fault but should have been noticed before despatch. However new unit works well and does what it says on the box.

The 4 slots is great for larger family and can save time in morning.And the heat setting allows me to make a toast to everyones choice. No Bagel setting, bought on the strength of bagel setting but could not return as packaging gad been discarded. Does not do what it says in the features.
