Play sandPlay sand
Kids love to play with sand. They can make believe an alien world, building site or dinosaur dig, or simply to build a sandcastle. If you are interested in a sandpit, then our sand is a must. Simply fill it up and away you go.
Once your baby can sit up with confidence, get them out and about on one of our baby trikes. At the beginning, the grown-ups provide the forward movement and steering, but as your little one understands how to contribute to the pedalling, they'll soon be away! Some models are adaptable, progressing right from a folding pushchair for babies through multiple stages until, at around 3 years old, your toddler is fully responsible for their motion and direction.
If they're still learning how to move around and hold themselves in a sitting position, try ball pits. These soft sided or inflatable pools allow you, your toddler, and any other playmates to interact with the colourful balls, promoting muscular development.
Once they're able to clamber, try a child playhouse. We stock a range of trusted parenting brands, including Little Tikes and Chad Valley. These colourful structures encourage toddlers to crawl through tunnels, climb over obstacles and whizz down slides. Larger playhouses might incorporate a wavy child slide, swings, or climbing frame. If you're little one is always full of energy, then how about a bouncy castle, they can live in the garden and will be sure to tire them out in no time.
