About this product

Produces extra-large, sweet and tender mangetout pods up to 4 inches long. A heavy-cropping, reliable variety, Oregon Sugar Pod yields over an extended period and is excellent fresh, steamed or in stir-fries. Sow direct in early spring (March–June), 5cm deep and 7–8cm apart, with rows 60cm apart and support for climbing. Water regularly during flowering and feed with a high-potash liquid every two weeks or a granular fertiliser monthly.
