Take care when cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good product and does everything a microwave and airfryer does in a single unit. One note of caution, on page 10 of ghe instruction booklet is says use a microwave vessel. Instructilns on page 16 says use the glass basket. Experience has found that you should always use the glass basket on the cleaning setting. Everything else about this product is great.

Big issue
The bowl popped inside the microwave and has now damaged the the bottom of the microwave .Gotta wait now till they come into stock see if I can get it replaced

Very lovely ninja product. Haven’t used it much yet but what I have used it for , I am very happy with the ease of use and results.

Great but with a few problems
I like the new microwave but I wish they hadn’t done the settings in black as it’s very difficult to see them. The air fry mode is good but it involves sliding the glass dish at the top so it stops you putting anything in that’s quite tall in ie a joint of meat. I like the flat bed microwave and the 30 second quick cook which is great for drinks .

Great features
I bought this a week ago after seeing that it had just been introduced. We use air fryer a lot for day to day cooking so thought would be good idea to have air fryer/microwave combined. Love its features. Great for cooking and easy to use. Would recommend.

Excellent oven.
Oven absolutely brilliant. The heatproof glass tray is heavy and hope that in the future there’s a metal one as an accessory just for airfrying. Also be good if there were better instructions for recipes. Not many to choose from.
