Life changing
We were sick of bread having too many ingredients so wanted to make our own without the faff of resting and kneading. We’ve made a few loaves and all have been soft and fluffy with a good crust. Only done the basic white loaf so far but it’s been brilliant. It will pay for itself after a few months.

Our previous Panasonic breadmaker died after 20 + years of making excellent bread. It was a no brainer to stick with Panasonic and upgrade to the latest model. So glad we did as it has continued to make excellent bread 🍞

Fantastic bread maker. It actually makes bread
Fantastic bread maker brand. It actually makes bread you want to eat, the only brand which you will continue to use day after day, year after year. This is my 3rd in 25 years and mine makes bread every other day, all year. I do not buy shop bread. They makes good pizza dough and added ingredient breads. But mine mostly makes white and wholemeal. They do eventually give up but this model looks more sturdy than the previous version with more metal components, rather than plastic which perish after about 7 years of hard use. Don't be disappoint by other cheaper brand, if you can afford this (these are much more expensive than the other brands) then do - it is worth the money, especially if you like eating fresh bread and like have fresh bread smells when you come into your kitchen in the morning (just set the timer the night before).

Great breadmaker
This breadmaker is fantastic and produces the most delicious bread! It is easy to use with a range of recipes. This particular model does not allow for the use of spelt flour but apart from that, there are plenty of recipes to choose from.

Hello, from the information we have available, this Panasonic SD-R2530KXC Automatic Breadmaker doesn’t use a Paddle, it uses a kneading blade instead. The manual states this can sometimes come out in the bread, so always remove the kneading blade before slicing the bread. Thank you for using Argos Q&A.
