Initially seemed a bit scratchy and would not retract entirely when clicked, but the ink soon began flowing well and the pen functions perfectly now. Maybe it was just nervous, who knows!

I can see how this is confusing, the Parker part number is actually: 1950372
The number the customer is quoting is an internal number for the packaging component.

The answer you gave is wrong. I have a Parker pen, but the refills I got are too small for the pen. The should be a size number so you can order the correct size for the pen
