The Challenge Kids Bike Helmet supports safer cycling as they build confidence and independence. Its lightweight construction makes it comfortable for younger riders to wear throughout their adventures, whilst the dial adjustment system creates a secure fit that adapts as they grow. Eight air vents help keep them cool during longer rides and warm weather sessions.
It's designed for children aged 3 years and over with a head circumference of 48-52cm, with dial adjustment to fine-tune the fit. The shock-absorbing liner offers impact resistance whilst keeping weight low for smaller riders. Foam padding adds comfort around the contact points. Adjustable side straps allow positioning to suit different head shapes. The chin strap includes a quick-release buckle for easy removal. Available in mint.

From the information we have available I can advise the following Challenge Toddler Bike Helmet's spin dial on the back of the helmet is made from clear plastic and is not meant to be a light. It's just an adjustable dial system making the helmet fit your child's head as if made to measure.

The supplier has advised the following for the Challenge Toddler Bike Helmet - Mint:
"I can confirm that this helmet complies with EN1078. The test was conducted by SGS. The CE certificate was issued by SGS Finland (NB0598) and the UKCA certificate was issued by SGS UK(CAB0120). Helmet is not self-certification. It must be assessed by CE NB and UK CAB."
A customer will only receive the Declaration of Conformity, not a direct copy of the original certificate.
