From the information we have available I can advise the following Challenge Toddler Bike Helmet's spin dial on the back of the helmet is made from clear plastic and is not meant to be a light. It's just an adjustable dial system making the helmet fit your child's head as if made to measure.

The supplier has advised the following for the Challenge Toddler Bike Helmet - Mint:
"I can confirm that this helmet complies with EN1078. The test was conducted by SGS. The CE certificate was issued by SGS Finland (NB0598) and the UKCA certificate was issued by SGS UK(CAB0120). Helmet is not self-certification. It must be assessed by CE NB and UK CAB."
A customer will only receive the Declaration of Conformity, not a direct copy of the original certificate.
