A little disappointing
Great compact size & weight but the rotating brush has to be placed at an exact angle to get full suction & the power button doesn’t always connect

Not what I expected
Very disappointed with the vacuum. It is too long and heavy to manoeuvre to clean the stair carpet and the suction is really very poor. I have always resisted buying a handheld cleaner as I was concerned about the power but the reviews persuaded me to give it a go. I tried it in the car interior and again it is too long and heavy to manoeuvre and you can’t get into small spaces with it. Sorry I can’t be more positive!

Shark hand held pet vacuum
Only had a few days, thus vacuum has good suction , along with the pet power brush attachment. It’s a little wobbly when you park it on a flat surface when not in use.it would have been nice if there was somewhere on this vacuum to stow the other two attachments when not in use.

Locate screws on the underside/back
Remove screws using a screwdriver
Lift off the cover
