This was to replace an old fashioned fluorescent tube light. The electrician had it fitted within 10mins. It looks very smart,and can be directed where you require the light. similar fittings were more expensive so this is a good price. I bought 50w light bulbs as suggested on a review which are very bright, if you prefer less brightness maybe suggest warm white. Overall very pleased

The supplier has advised the following for the Cromer 4 Spotlight Ceiling Bar - Chrome Plated:
The size of the ceiling cup is Diameter 30.5cm x Height 45mm, which should be fitted with GU10 bulbs only. (GU10 is a standard length, they won't be any longer).

This is per bulb and not for the whole unit.
