Nice lamp, but....
...it's a shame that to turn the light on or off you have to press tiny +/- keys to achieve the desired brightness - a graduated knob (like an old style volume control) would be much less fiddly. Otherwise, had the lamp a couple of weeks and it's fine.

Lights up the room!
I purchased this as I now do night shifts as part of my work. It has helped me wake up without the feeling of shock from a normal alarm clock that comes out of nowhere. It’s easy To setup and nice that all it does is alarm clock and it does it well.

Lumie Bodyclock Spark 100
I've been using this Lumie for a couple of weeks now and I'm so impressed especially how quickly I've adapted to it. I have not needed an alarm at all since I've started. The sunrise wakes me up naturally and in such a better mood, especially on these darker mornings. My eyes have much less of a shock now when I turn on the 'artificial' room light. I love the sunset feature too, the colour changes so nicely.

The supplier has advised the following for the Lumie Bodyclock Spark 100 Wake-Up Alarm Clock:
"The importance of the Bodyclock is the gradual sunrise and sunset feature, mimicking a natural sunlight to help you to feel more energised and more refreshed. We do not tend to measure Bodyclock in Lux as this is unrealistic due to the distance you would need to sit from the unit. Our Bodyclock range measured in Lumens would be around 350."

Unfortunately the time will need to be manually changed.
The time will not change automatically.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Lumie Bodyclock Spark 100 Wake-Up Alarm Clock: Yes you can wake up to the light only, and turn the alarm sound off. To do this you will need to go in to the settings menu and turn the alarm sound from ON to OFF. There is an option on there to select between 0 – 5 for the volume. Please ensure you are selecting 0 for no alarm beep.

The supplier says "It sounds like this customer has their nightlight feature turned on so the light stays on. They can change this in their sunset settings and selecting 00 next to nightlight"

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The 9-minute snooze feature will turn off the light and sound, starting a short 9-minute sunrise ending with the wake sound.
