About this product
This alarm clock fits in your pocket and keeps you on time wherever you're staying. It's got a negative LCD display you can switch between 12 or 24 hour mode, and it's compact enough to tuck into a bag without taking up space. The crescendo beep alarm starts gentle and builds up if you don't shut it off, so you'll actually wake up. There's a snooze button that gives you five minutes extra, and a backlight that glows for ten seconds when you press it, which is brilliant for checking the time in the dark without properly waking yourself up.
The whole thing runs on one AAA battery, so there's no faff with charging cables or hunting for plug sockets when you're away. The snooze and backlight share a button, keeping the design simple and straightforward. You can set it up in seconds, and it does the job whether you're in a hotel, at a mate's place, or camping. It comes with a two-year manufacturer's guarantee, so you're covered if anything goes wrong.

Customers Say
Compact, easy-to-use Braun travel alarm clock with a clear display and gentle crescendo alarm. Touch-activated backlight praised, but some find alarm too quiet and display hard to see in daylight.

Excellent alarm
Really well-designed, ie v functional and not over-complicated. Love the 10 sec light-up when you press it at night.

Disappointed with Braun Alarm Clock
Apart from showing the correct time and being easy to set up, sometimes, the alarm did not go off and even when it did beep, it was very quiet. The alarm was so quiet, it could not to be heard if asleep . Unimpressed with Braun despite the company having a reputation for good quality. I probably won't buy other Braun products.

Compact, ideal for travel
Small and compact, but fairly robust, ideal for travel. Simple to use and great to have 12/24 clock options. Only downside, I would have preferred the numbers to be a little more visible. The alarm is sufficient, snooze button a bonus. Not sure as yet how long the battery will last but very pleased with my purchase so far.

Great little alarm clock
Clock is very small however it's easy to set, operate the alarm, see the time when you press the light button and the alarm sounding is loud enough for me. My concern is loosing it should it be knocked off the bedside table at night as it's small and black

Braun and brains copme together!
An excellent alrm clock. I needed something to check the time during the night but something a can read without putting my reading glasses on! The figures are a good size to reaand the backlight is bright enough to see but not wake me or my wife up! Good size to take away in our touring caravan and have by my bed. I've yet to try the snooze facility. The single AAA battery (not supplied) fits well and should last.
