A Good Value Gardening Aid
The strimmer came in a neat box and was easy to assemble. It is light and easy to use with no vibration.It cuts easily through grass, young brambles and cow parsley stems. It would be better if it was supplied with a strap and protective eye wear. The instructions for replacing the line are unclear, but may become apparent when the need arises. Overall good quality and value for this keenly priced tool.

Poor product!
Doesn’t actually strim! As soon as the blade touches the grass, the wire comes out the rotary part at the bottom. Doesn’t matter how many times you replace it, it comes out again each time it touches the grass.

Good when used correctly
Bought this a week ago for my mums garden. Used it on Monday 22nd, never used one before so made a couple of mistakes but got on with it fine as there was a lot to do. Pleasant to hold, wouldn't say there was much vibration, Line feeding was a bit annoying not using one before. Just make sure when refilling with new wire is to take it slow and be as neat as you can and roll it tight as I found out if loose it will tighten and jam and snap. Plus what I didn't know my mum had some thick strand grass which wrapped around the motor, so that took sometime to get out. What would have made it simpler if the base where the wire wheel is would be detachable as on looking it's sealed in place and would have made it far easier to clean out. But on edging borders, lawn and short grass around objects it worked a treat. Only thing when reading the instructions was you can only use 1.6mm cord. So if you avoid thick grass and other growth which has thick flat leaf you'll be fine.

Great strimmer for the price
I tried the strimmer for the first time yesterday, it was easy to put together, easy to use , it still felt heavy to hold for me as a woman and my arm ached a bit afterwards, the line broke a couple of times but was easy to remove the cartridge and thread through the hole, I'm pleased I managed to strim my overgrown garden for £30 , I think it's a good strimmer with no vibration ,what would have made it easier for me would have been a shoulder strap but I don't think any strimmer has one

You can cut longer grass but this would need to be done in stages. Ensure you check the area being cut
free from wires, stones and debris.
