About this product
The Argos Home Indira Grey Outdoor Cage Wall Lantern brings industrial style to your porch or outdoor entrance. The vintage wire cage design suits both modern and traditional homes, and the clear glass diffuser spreads light evenly for easy key finding on dark evenings. Aluminium construction handles outdoor conditions without adding excess weight. The lantern provides light to illuminate your entrance for arriving guests and late returns.
The cage design protects the bulb while letting light through from all angles. It mounts securely to exterior walls near doorways or along covered walkways. The clear glass keeps the bulb visible, adding to the industrial look while directing light where you need it. Requires one eco halogen bulb (sold separately), allowing you to select brightness and replace the bulb when necessary.

Better than I expected
I bought this to replace LED lights as 1 set of light had stopped working, this time wanted something that I could just change a bulb instead of the whole light fittings. The design is very authentic and individual. The light produced does a great job without the harshness of bright white lights ideal to make the approach to my home more welcoming.

Yes, a dimmer switch can be used on the light. You will need to also use a bulb in it that can be dimmed and used with a dimmer switch too though. It does not come with any bulb so you'd need to get one separately.
