It's look like old stock but working in good condition at the moment.

Practical earphones and sound quality is good
I’ve had these for a while now and they barely tangle, and work really well with my keyboard.

Great sound, very comfortable, but don't last long
These are a lovely headphone for the money, much better sounding than most others I've tried, and also a lot more comfortable than others too. You should be able to find them for £8-10, and sometimes they're on offer. The downside is that they always conk out in one ear after 3 to 6 months of moderate use - but the upside to that is, if you keep your receipt you should be able to take them back and get a new pair.

Very happy
Fantastic headphones for an amazing price. Would definitely recommend!

Strong cord-to-earbud connection, reliable.
I paid more to have more reliable quality in the durability of the connections of the cords which in the cheap earphones always failed if I over stretched the cords or they got pulled by accident. These have been good quality sound output and durable with a reasonable price. The microphone helps to talk directly to A.I. chat but with privacy in the replies.

Hi,
thank you for your question.
No, the MDR-EX15AP has the standard 3.5 mm stereo mini jack cable and doesn't support 2.5 mm connectivity.
You can learn more about how to connect the headset to your device on page 1 here: https://cutt.ly/ttylHGsd...
Additionally, you can check the full specifications of the headset at this link: https://cutt.ly/ptylHCnH...
Furthermore, to connect the headset to your MP3 player, you'll need a 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm stereo adaptor. However, we're unable to guarantee the full functionality of third-party accessories.

Hi there,
Yes, the Sony MDR-EX15AP In-Ear Wired Headphones - White features a 3.5mm jack connection.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi Wine,
The MDR-EX15AP don't have ANC (Active Noise Cancelling), they might reduce noise slightly because of the design, but if you want ANC headphones, you might consider checking other models, like the WF-1000XM5.
Hana @Sony support UK
Hello There.
Sony MDR-EX15AP In-Ear Wired Headphones - White:
These do not have active noise cancellation technology, but they do provide some passive noise isolation due to their in-ear design. This means that they can help reduce some of the ambient noise on an airplane, but they may not completely cancel out all the noise.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi Daisy,
the headphones support a mini stereo 3.5 mm jack, if your phone has it they should work. You can find the full specs here: https://cutt.ly/ywDYuIGr.... (Copy and paste the link in your browser).

Hello Daisy,
From the information we have available to use these Sony MDR-EX15AP In-Ear Wired Headphones with a Samsung Galaxy A54 you will need an adapter as the A54 mobile does not have a 3.5mm Jack port to plug the headphones into.
You can plug them into the USB Type C port by using an adapter like the USB Type C to Audio 3.5mm Adaptor (purchase separately).

Hi Ken,

Hi Ken,
From the information I have available at present this is not currently showing as discontinued.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi Fahad,
The functionality is not guaranteed with the PlayStation, yet you can connect these headphones to your PlayStation 4 controller if it has 3.5 mm port. But there's a different line-up for PlayStation headphones which is geared more towards gaming such as the INZONE range, as this model is geared more towards normal use.
We recommend checking this link to learn more about the unit: https://bit.ly/3eqrJqf.... We also recommend getting in touch with our colleagues at PlayStation, the team can be contacted on Twitter: https://bit.ly/3rqQOJi... via their support page or on 0203 538 2665.

Hi Jo,
This does not feature a volume control.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi daisy,
This unit does not come supplied with an airplane adapter.
So if the plane has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, you will be able to connect it and use it, but if it doesn't have one, you won't be able to use it.
To know more about the unit, check this link: https://cutt.ly/68DW7Tu...

Hi Freya,
Thanks for your query about the Sony MDR-EX15AP In-Ear Wired Headphones - White.
As Sony provide product support for it we'd advise to check out this link here and contact their product support as they can resolve most issues without needing to return the item:
https://www.argos-support.co.uk/8802657-sony-...
Broadly speaking, we do have a 30 day money back guarantee for unopened and unused items in their original packaging and, after that time period, we'd only then accept the return of an item if it's faulty. Our 12 month guarantee covers manufacturing faults only, not misuse or accidental damage. For each individual case it would be dealt with on a case by case basis and we'd still normally advise to contact the above product support first. No refund would be offered after the 30 days, it'd be support/repair, or replacement after that time.
