Bought this a few weeks ago, seems ok so far. I did hold it underneath and the little rod came out but easily popped back in. Clear digital screen so I can see it without my glasses. You can change to different weights. Kg, lbs, stones etc

Hi, I have managed to get the battery cover off, but it doesnt look like the battery is removable, there are edges of plastic covering it. Please advise.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows:
The battery is in the bottom with a red isolation film, the small screw on the battery compartment must be opened by the screwdriver (size – PH00).

You can choose the unit of measurement by pressing the button at the back of the display, the display shows kg, Lb and ST in sequence
