About this product
A wall-mounted bookcase that uses vertical space to keep your books, photos and decorative bits organised without eating into your floor area. The GFW Galicia gives you four open shelf sections in a slim profile that works well in compact living rooms, hallways or bedrooms. There's also a partially enclosed shelf with a lift-up door for tucking away smaller items you'd rather keep out of sight. The black gloss finish suits minimal interiors and modern spaces. Battery-powered LED downlighting adds a subtle accent to displayed items.
Three of the shelves adjust up or down to fit different items, while one stays fixed for structural support. The smooth gloss surface wipes clean with a cloth. Wall fixings are included and required for stability, keeping the unit secure once mounted. The narrow depth sits flush against the wall without jutting out. Self-assembly required, and it's easier with two people. Part of the Galicia collection if you're matching other pieces. Comes with a one year manufacturer's guarantee.

Very surprised on opening the box that the product did not resemble the desription, as it is not gloss panels, I only ordered this unit as it described it as BLACK HIGH GLOSS PANELS this was not the case it has only one small gloss shelf that folds!! and a small gloss tiny front piece at the very bottom of the unit which is hardly noticeable. Apart from that the unit itself is okay and as we had opened it and despite our disappointment we decided to keep it, but would still much rather have had a gloss unit.

Good quality
I bought this for the wall at the end of my sons bunk beds as it was a narrow space. The shelf’s are very heavy so my husband had to get extra robust screws to put it on the wall. All in all I’m happy with it as it does the job. However the price is quite steep for what it is.

The unit is really sturdy and looks amazing !
I received this really quickly, I built it myself and it was so easy, need two to put on the wall but still very easy (i am not really good at building flat pack), thats how easy it was!, and good quality. My son absolutely loves this and his room looks so cool. I would recommend to anyone, definitely worth the money.

“ We would not recommend installing this horizontally due to the fact the glass support shelf, listed “4” on the assembly instructions would not have enough structural support for any weight placed against it. ”

The Galicia Wall Mounted Narrow LED Bookcase middle shelf is adjustable.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they say - the LED lights are not fixed they come as a strip and have to be installed as part of the assembly of the product
You can decide to use your own LED light but please be aware this would invalidate the manufacture's guarantee

Having checked to see, this is designed for wall mounting rather than being set on a floor.

You can stand the Galicia 4 Shelf Wall Mounted LED Bookcase on the floor. It is recommended that it is still fixed to the wall to give stability.
