Having checked, the seats are foam filled and the underside of them is described as being a nonwoven fabric.

The Skirted Dining Chairs Seat depth is 40cm.

The product description is incorrect, has been brought to attention of Argos by other customers too. Seat frame is 100% plastic. After only one week there is indentation in ours. And none of us weigh more than 60kg.
