Huge stickers on the seals
I bought this recently and was not happy with how my item was handled. The staff purposefully stuck to massive stickers onto my products’s seal which I did not want. I understand this was done as some people want to fight against resellers, however I am a collector who likes to hold items for my personal collection. If I try to take the huge stickers off then the seal will be ripped.

Considering how difficult it is to get ahold of any Pokemon product from Argos because they only sell via the app which has many issues when adding to basket or checking out you would think that once you manage to actually order something after multiple attempts you would receive what you had ordered… but no. I managed to order a Chaos Rising ETB to store and when I went to collect I was informed that the correct item was sent into store, when I asked when the correct item would be in store for me to collect I was advised that they are not able to order any Pokemon into stores and it all must be done via the app meaning I would just get a refund. I can’t fault the staff member that handled the situation as this was not her fault and she was just the bearer of bad news but this is an Argos issue and more should be done to get stock into fans hands

Since moving to being app exclusive, ordering Pokemon has been much easier and just overall better. It's still not ideal or perfect, but this is definitely stock we never would have gotten our hands on if it wasnt online only. Condition was perfect, and being able to pick it up at whatever store is most convenient is also a nice bonus. Super happy with this, hope Argos continue to tackle to problems that occur with Pokemon allocation.

It was hard to pick these up through the system they are using. However it’s been the best system I’ve seen across all retailers for picking up Pokemon products. Other retailers seem to use lottery system to email you and it just doesn’t work. I never get an email. At least with Argos they are building trust with buyers this way so thank you. Worked best on IOS because I could instantly click pay now and try quite a few times but it worked eventually. And only 1 product per customer. Which is better than selling single packets but not extortionate like buying multiple large products.
