Good Laptop.
Laptop is exactly what I needed. Easy to set up and use. Used primarily for emails, excel and word. Price was top end of my budget. Knew there wasn't a charger included so organised one separately. Argos is always our "go to" supplier due to a history of ease of purchase and good customer service.

Great all rounder
Brought this laptop for my son to use as his secondary school Homework laptop. He has been using it for just over two weeks and so far so good. It was good value for money. Getting a compatible charger was a bit of a task, but after contacting HP direct, we now have a charger.

No Sound ! Drivers needed to be updated
I bought this two weeks ago and it is great for everyday tasks such as browsing the web, email etc. My only gripe was after I had completed the installation processes I found that the sound was not working on the 'brand new' laptop. I checked all the usual places for sound and all were switched to on. Only after consulting with a techie was it discovered that the sound drivers had to be updated. Once this process was complete everything worked and sounded fine.
