great value for the money
i brought this after reading mixed reviews , so i went into it without out big expectations, i was pleasantly surprised & more happy than i expected to be.

Garden shed.
Really pleased with this shed. I had some help to put it together. We’ve lined it with damp course and it’s quite cosy inside. I’d prefer it if the door was fitting better as I don’t want slugs getting inside. We’ve painted it blue and it looks lovely.

Awful.
Whatever you do when thinking of buying a shed, do not buy this one.Every panel is warped beyond use, the boards are cut wonky, the nails are hanging out, the floor is bent like a cheesey quaver. The fixings they provide are woefully inadequate, l had to go and purchase some of my own just to try and get the thing built The instructions are pure gobble de gook. And if you’re wondering why I persisted building it if it’s so bad? It’s because Mercia, the company that supplied the pile of firewood posing as a shed, would not take it back.

Is okay as sheds go
Took a lot longer then advised it took my dad and his friend 4 hours as instructions was not clear. Also doesn’t fit together properly. Door didn’t go on we had to try trim the edges just to be able to attach door. There was 3 big holes in one the slates at the front so have had to buy some wood to cover from inside stop stuff getting wet

Having checked the instructions for the Mercia Wooden 7 x 5ft Overlap Windowless Shed:
The shed does have a conditional 10 year anti rot guarantee (provided it is annually treated with a wood treatment). If treated annually, it will then be rain/water resistant. It is also ESSENTIAL that you apply wood treatment immediately after the building has been assembled.

This Mercia Wooden 7 x 5ft Overlap Windowless Shed will need either a Concrete 75mm laid on top of 75mm hard-core or Slabs laid on 50mm of sharp sand. Alternatively, you can purchase and use a base as in the link below:
