Cleans superb
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great robot vacuum cleaner. We have had a couple over the years but this is by far the best we have had. The self emptying feature is superb. It manages to keep on top of the dog hair in our downstairs really well. The self emptying feature empties the dust and hair after every clean and stores it in a bag, the self emptying only lasts for a matter of seconds but is quite loud, worth baring in mind when choosing where to put your base station. After a month's use this bag hasn't needed changing yet. The water needs changing roughly every 3-5 days, a word of warning, this water gets smelly. The robot vac is very easy to set up, a few parts to fit when unboxing, download the app and that has all the instructions. Ours is set to clean every evening at 9pm, this is fully customisable to your needs. The mop feature I would say works better on smoother floors, I'm not sure it really cleans our uneven surface, but the water is always dirty so it is doing something.

Your best friend when it comes to cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best you can get by a robot vacuum/mop cleaner. We've recently become parents and with our busy lifestyle there is a lot of mess but not enough time to keep on top of all the cleaning. From vacuuming and mopping daily we only have to do this once a week as this robot vacuum is really good. It has an application that connects with the device. This way you can manage scheduled routines or set a different not disturb mode ask for a specific room to be cleaned change the suction of the vacuum or the wetness of the mop. It keeps our floors clean and dust free and we manage to spend this extra time with our little one now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my eufy now how about a month and he is so great. It has definitely made a difference in how clean my floors are— primarily because now they are being hoovered and mopped much more frequently. I have a traditional hoover, and we have a wet vac as well which does the mopping. While I would say those are more powerful machines as they are large upright and manually operated, the eufy is still fairly powerful (considering it’s a robot) and most importantly it does the cleaning for you without any effort on your part, aside from picking some things off the floor to make sure he doesn’t get stuck. So I wouldn’t say this can completely replace your normal hoover, as you’ll still need that to get into tight corners and do the stairs for example, but I would say that the eufy robot is a worthwhile additional to the cleaning arsenal of you feel like your floors just keep getting dirty in between your normal cleaning routine. It’s awesome to be able to set him off on his job just via the app, and even pre schedule when you want him to clean. I also like that you can set the cleaning preferences for each room (e.g. for my kitchen specifically I want him to go over it twice because it’s always filthy!). So overall totally worth it for me, I’m so happy that my floors are way cleaner now than when I had to do all the cleaning myself. Thinking of getting some giant googly eyes to put on him.

Awesome little RoboVac/Mop
as a disabled person that cannot get around as easily as normal people, this was a no brainer for me. the vacuum and mop function is awesome and only takes about 20 minutes to do my entire ground floor of my house. it auto detects the carpet mat at the front door and so it retracts the mop to hoover the mat. and as I don't want it to go behind my recliner sofa because of the wires, you can put a virtual barrier on the map to prevent it from going there. I highly recommend this RoboVac.

Best thing ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to try this product in exchange for my honest opinion I was super excited for this as I’ve seen them before, but I’ve never been able to get one House well and mops well, sometimes it may struggle with small pieces but when that happens, I just get it to go again It is the most amazing thing ever to keep a house tidy

It is super efficient and makes minimal noise while it’s mopping and vacuuming, it does make some noise while it cleans the mop but otherwise it is so easy and brilliant! Only marked 4/5 because it already has some scuffs which is slightly disappointing but either way I am very lucky!

Amazing mop and vacuum robot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this Eufy Omni C28A. It has made cleaning so easy! Aesthetically pleasing looking robot and so easy to set up and use. Just need to fill up the clean water tank, set up with bluetooth and charge the vacuum. You will need to download the App and everything then can be controlled via the App. The Robot vacuum maps all the rooms out and this can be edited on the app for more or less coverage as needed. From the app you can control the intensity of cleaning. The amazing feature of this is it also mops hard floors! Leaving them very clean. The robot itself is very durable and strong. Highly recommend this product. It is a firm favourite in my house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little robot is absolutely amazing, I was very dubious of these before receiving it but wow it's great. It was so easy to set up the docking station (home) we managed to map out each room so it knows where things are like the TV cabinet and floor lamps and it avoids them obstacles. It's super easy to empty the dirty water and refill the clean water tanks. We have managed to progress the living room just Hoover's as it's a carpeted area and the kitchen is tiles so (Effie) as my daughter has named her Hoover's the living room then goes home to self empty the tank then comes back out and Hoover's the kitchen then goes back round and mops after it leaves the floor dry and steak free. It is such a clever invention
