Feels so Soft & SIlky!
I love this cleansing balm...a little goes a long way.... I find that one x 30ml travel size is ample to last me a week away

Caused severe reaction
The product removes makeup really well, but unfortunately it caused a very strong reaction on the skin under my eyes. I almost never have allergic reactions, and I've never experienced anything like this even with the cheapest products. The skin under my eyes became extremely dry, red, cracked, and painful. At first, I didn't realize it was caused by this product. I stopped using it for a week while I was treating the skin under my eyes with skincare products. It took about two weeks for it to fully heal. After that, I tried using the product again to remove my makeup, and the same reaction happened: the skin under my eyes became very dry and red again. It feels like a waste of money, which is especially disappointing because it does cleanse really well. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product.

Good for dry skin
Have always had issues with cleansers being too harsh for my skin as it's dry and sensitive but this takes make-up off without drying my skin, nor have I had any reactions. Have used for several years.

Preferred format of cleanser
Love the product and was fortunate to receive a free sample. However, as much as it's effective at makeup removal I personally won't be using this product for eye makeup removal in future, as it clouds your eyes, and will stick to the existing product for this.

The best
This is the best cleanser I have ever used & I love it. My skin is very dry & most cleansers tend to make it even drier but this doesn't & it removes makeup well.

Deep cleanse
This is a rich cleanser which does the job. Feels lovely on the skin. Doesn't strip you of your own oils. Washes off easily with soap.

Great for sensitive skin
This balm is the best cleansing balm! I have highly sensitive skin and suffer from dermatitis at times and this product this never causes any flare ups or disturbances. Despite other reviews saying its smells greasy it most certainly doesn't, it's just fragrance free which should always be seen as a bonus. It's more on the expensive side however will say lasts about 4/5 months if used every single day. 10/10

Works well on very sensitive skin
I have used this product for some years since I had an eczema flare up and could not use anything else on my skin. Highly recommended I would not be without it as it is so gentle but also effective.

Confused
I don't understand this product at all. Maybe it's great and I just don't know how to use it properly, but it shouldn't take much working out. Use the balm first. Okay, but it's a solid, waxy substance; how I rub this into my face, exactly. Then rinse off, pat dry. Easy enough. Then cleanse. Isn't this a cleanser? Why do I need to use two cleansers? I got this as a freebie but I'll stick to my usual Clinque face wash, thanks.

Instant redness reaction
I was recommended this product by a friend and was very excited to try it out. I have rosacea and sensitive skin and I'm usually very careful with trying out new products, however I decided to try this one because it was listed as "Safe for sensitive skin and sensitive eyes" on Clinique's website. Unfortunately I had an instant redness reaction and both my skin and eyes wwre burning and itching for a while. I won't use this product again!
