The Canon PIXMA TS6550i is designed for anyone who needs sharp documents and vibrant photos without the bulk of a traditional printer. This 3-in-1 wireless inkjet printer prints, scans and copies, and it fits neatly into smaller spaces thanks to its compact design that won't take over your desk. You get 14ppm for black text and 9ppm for colour, which is quick enough for everyday printing, and wireless connectivity means you can print directly from your smartphone or tablet using the Canon PRINT App, Apple AirPrint, or even Bluetooth without needing cables.
The 100-sheet paper tray handles A4 documents and photo paper up to 265gsm, and automatic duplex printing reduces paper consumption whilst keeping your documents looking professional. Borderless printing delivers stunning edge-to-edge photos, and the flatbed scanner offers 1200x2400dpi optical resolution for detailed scans and copies. It uses 2 ink cartridges (PG-595 black and CL-586 colour, included in the box), and the FINE cartridge system optimises ink placement for clearer, sharper prints. Best ever printer
I bought this canon print last Thursday it was delivered Saturday morning, It's probably one of the best printers I've ever owned. Simple to set up easy to use with just the one app. I'm very impressed with the quality of build and the quality of print. I had always used Epson printers but this Canon is far superior.

double sided printing keeps getting jammed
All the rest of the features work well, but the double-side printing doesn't work. I am sending it off for a repair and hopefully they will be able to fix it.

OK but very cheap and flimsy
It is a cheap printer but it does the basics. All the parts to the printer feels cheap and flimsy so I will be surprised if this printer lasts me over a year. It was easy to setup and prints absolutely fine for a home printer. The problems which I have faced so far my laptop struggles to find connection to the printer so I am constantly refreshing the screen or uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it on my laptop. Also when printing big jobs like 15 pages there is always a paper jam and because the printer feels flimsy I do worry it will break as I trying to take out the paper jam. The ink drains very quickly so far I have had it less than a week and have printed in total 25 documents and it has gone through a quarter of the ink supply. Overall cheap printer does the basics

It has the option of Apple AirPrint, depending on device, so please check your manufacturer's settings. Also there's Google Cloud Print. It's got PictBridge to allow you to print images directly from a digital camera.
In terms of connecting to a device, it's got the option of wired, via its USB port or Wireless/WiFi.

"This model does not have Bluetooth but can connect via Wi-Fi direct to any device similar to Bluetooth just using Wi-Fi to Wi-Fi between both devices."

Yes, it can. If copying, you can set the size ratio of the images you want to print from the item being scanned. If you're printing from a device, e.g. a PC/Laptop, etc. you can choose the size, ratio, etc. of the image to be printed to the original file you're printing from.
