Behaves like an old machine

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR TOP OF THE RANGE DISHWASHER AND IT IS TERRIBLE. DOESN’T WASH DISHES, SIMPLE FOOD STUFF OFF NOT JUST HARDER FOODS. PUT DISHES AT BACK LEFT AND THEY COME OUT FILTHY. HAVING TO SCRUB THEM BEFORE I PUT THEM IN DISHWASHER WHICH DEFEATS THE WHOLE OBJECT OF HAVING A DISHWASHER. HAVE TO SCRUB THEM AFTER IF NOT ALREADY DONE SO PRIOR TO WASHING. ALL THIS FULTH REMAINS ON A HOT WASH. SOME PLATES AND GLASSES ARE REALLY CLEAN BUT ITS A MIX OF CLEAN AND FILTHY. BOUGHT AN OVEN AND THE FAN HAS PACKED IN AFTER 10 MONTHS. STAY AWAY FROM HISENSE. SERIOUSLY. IF TWO APPLIANCES ARE BEHAVING LILE THEY ARE ON THEIR LAST LEGS THEM THAT TELLS YOU SOMETHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HAVING TO GET ENGINEERS OUT ALREADY FOR BOTH. BOUGHT THEM BOTH IN THE SAME YEAR SO HAVING DOUBLE THE PROBLEM WHICH IS NOT GOOD TO CONTEND WITH.

Very happy so far!

Dishwasher only arrived yesterday so not really had any use yet. However very happy with the functions, ease of use and how quiet it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this , just upgraded after my 11year old machine packed up. Love the top cutlery tray and the light when you open it you can see what you’re doing. WiFi is great and the night setting is so quiet. Very happy with my purchase on day one.

Lovely machine

Very happy with this despite it only being in situ for 2 days. It's quiet, lots of functions and very well laid out inside.

Bad drying

Beautiful looking, quiet, superb washing, hate the cutlery tray but thats just a personal preference. Pots are usually dripping with water when done which compared to my last dishwasher is quite noticeable and disappointing

understanding adjustment of the feet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] all was well apart from forgetting to adjust the feet. i found rear feet adjustment from their travel position not easy to do. suggestion:....adjust feet to lift the dishwasher body off the floor after unpacking. then fine adjust rear before fitting, then front feet when fitted position.

Feature rich and innovative

I am pleased that Hisense has put some deep thought into the design of the machine. There are a couple of spray arms at the rear for more intense washing at the bottom rear of the machine. Also the third spray arm for the upper most rack is a sensible decision. Auto dosing helps with proper detergent quantity for lighter loads and the app is easy enough to tailor each cycle. The self-clean function is nice to have and reduces the need to clean out the filter but it would still benefit from cleaning.
