Fantastic
Wow. I was bought this for my birthday and used it for the first time today. It really does what it says and my skin feels amazing. I’m 61 and have always struggled with blemishes and congested skin due to hormones. My skin feels as if I’ve just stepped out of the salon. Very, very impressed

Really impressed
Really impressed with this so far. I've used the depuffi every day, cold every morning which wakes me up and I can really notice a difference and then the heat mode every evening. I've used the facial pro glow 3 times over 3 weeks as recommended and I have noticed a significant change in my skin, it's so much softer, the texture is better and my spots are clearing up so I would definitely recommend. The negative: firstly, the battery doesn't last very well but that's partly because I use the depuffi twice a day and secondly, I'm almost out of the products already so will have to buy regularly which isn't ideal but with the results I'll probably just do a facial every other week. Overall, for me it's 100% worth the investment, my skin has always been problematic and for once I'm actually getting compliments on my skin.

Depuffi attachment faulty
Purchased a month ago but unfortunately returned it due to issues with the Depuffi attachment. It used to work for a while and then cut off mid session, with an error light (code 2K per the troubleshooting manual). It happened a few times so I decided to return and get a refund during the 30 day period as I didn't want to have issues later down the line and be stuck with it. Quite disappointing as I really wanted to keep it. Would consider repurchasing if these issues are fixed. The exfoliator feature worked great.

Luxury in a little box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Was selected to test this product and received it about 3 weeks ago, I was a bit nervous as I suffer with Rosacea ( Redness of the face ) but my skin has never felt so nice and glowing . I've used the exfoliation attachment 3 times so far and is now part of my weekly routine , it comes with a second Depuffi attachment which can be used daily and works wonders on puffy eyes. It all stores neatly in a little box and comes with step by step instruction, a little bit of luxury from the comfort of your own home.

Great at home spa treatment!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried this on both myself and husband, we did the full weekly facial spa routine that was well explained in the provided booklets. We both noted that it charged quickly, was simple to set up and use, and most importantly felt and saw a noticeable difference in skin brightness, softness and texture. Overall the heating and cooling effects from the depuffi were excellent for soothing tired skin and even achy muscles, and the pore extraction and hydration was effective and satisfying.
