EXCELLENT 4K UHD TV!
I bought this TV a few weeks back and has been really impressed with it. I love all the latest features and software for this price range. The picture and sound quality is awesome and was really easy to set up. The different viewing modes make it perfect for watching various programmes. Just simply an amazing telly from Hisense and would recommend it to anyone!

An Incredible Value - This Unknown Brand Beat All
I’ll be honest, I had never heard of the Hisense brand before shopping for a new TV. The price was so inexpensive compared to the big names that I was skeptical, but I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did—we are absolutely delighted with this purchase! This TV has exceeded our expectations in every way. The setup was simple, and it works beautifully with all our devices. We have it connected to our cable box and a DVD player without any issues. The best feature, by far, is the built-in Roku. It’s so convenient to have all our streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) right on the TV without needing an add-on stick or box. It creates a seamless, clutter-free entertainment center. A wonderful surprise was discovering that we can still use our existing cable remote to control the TV's power and volume. It’s a small detail that makes using the TV so simple and intuitive for the whole family. Most importantly, the performance is fantastic. Bought the 43 inch TV as an upgrade for our old one in the bedroom and was super impressed from the get go! The colours are so vivid and the apps I would normally watch stuff on were already preloaded on the home screen. I don’t think I can go back to a none smart telly now. Perfect in time for cozy winter films.

Great picture quality for the budget
This is a fantastic television for anyone looking for 4K on a reasonable budget - it's great value for money. The picture quality is definitely the best feature due to the 4K resolution. The picture is sharp and clear and the colours are really bright. Bluey has never looked so good! The OS is also very navigable, and also has all the main streaming services. It also has Freely which is all the free UK streaming content (e.g. BBC, ITV, C4) in one place, which is really convenient and super easy to use and saves you constantly switching between apps. Was also very easy to set up. Really superb television for the price point, and offers similar performance to many much more expensive models. Would definitely recommend!

The E6 is a newer model (2024) with extra features like Game Mode Plus, Game Bar, and slightly upgraded connectivity (e.g., HDMI 2.1 eARC). The A6 is a slightly older, more basic version, still good for everyday viewing.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense 43Inch 43E6QTUK Smart 4K UHD HDR LCD Freely TV: This can be placed in a bedroom without an aerial, as it is designed to stream live and on-demand content over Wi-Fi using the built-in Freely platform. This means you don’t need a traditional aerial to watch TV.
However, since your Wi-Fi box is downstairs, it’s important to ensure that the Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom is strong and stable for smooth streaming; if needed, you could consider using a Wi-Fi extender or mesh system to improve connectivity.

"The U app is not an integrated application on the Vidaa operating system. We are working to implement more applications in the future. If the customer has a Fire TV Stick, they will be able to access the app that way."
