Picture quality is fantastic however the sound is a bit tinny, I’ve since bought the sound bar too and it’s a lot better, so I would recommend buying them both !

Good picture but terrible sound
Bought and initial set up was fine. You have to create an account with Hisense to be able to use all the smart features which is a pain but after that it all seemed good. Picture quality good but sound was terrible. Tinny and echoing. Looked at other reviews that said similar so returned and purchased a better quality LG tv which actually worked out cheaper. Have a 32" Hisense and no issues with sound so it'd appear to be an issue with larger screen models. Some reviews suggested buying a separate soundboard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unsure about buying this brand as l have always had Panasonic TVs ,however, the quality and absolute value for money reassures me where I will purchase any future TVs. The inbuilt Wi fi illuminates any need for an aerial, it even works in the summerhouse by using a good Extender. Some reviews complain about the sound and picture,but all you need to do is go into the settings and make changes for your own preferences. My only complaint is the User Manual,this is one of the worst l have ever had,it tells you absolutely nothing about the TVs settings and features,not even how to use the remote properly. So come on Hisense,get this sorted as you have great products.
