We love this fan - it's so quiet and effective. Lots of choice of fan speeds, oscillation, wired or cordless plus making it portable. The outside setting with misting option is perfect for these hot summer temperatures. It's worth every pound.

I'm a big fan of the big fan!
I brought this because heat is a trigger for my little boy’s epilepsy, and the whole family has gone crazy for it. Firstly…. yes, it kicks out plenty of cool air… even when not using the mist settings. It’s not one of those fans that recirculates warm air, this really does cool the air… The mist setting is excellent, because the fan brings the cooling hit straight after… so if you are sat reading this whilst suffering through a heat wave… just know that I will not be suffering alongside you. It is incredibly easy to use, really quiet and very sturdy (it has survived my kids which should be the international safety standards for product robustness). Personally, my children love using the mist setting indoors against all manufacturers instructions and turning the laminate floor into their own personal indoor ice rink. Or, waiting for their father to fall asleep next to it on the sofa and using the remote to turn on the water spray… giggling with glee as he shrieks. But the question you ALL desperately want to know the answer too… ‘Can you still make a robot voice if you speak into it’ I am pleased to say that I have enjoyed several glasses of wine whilst the kids keep themselves entertained with robot voices, ice skating and winding up their dad. So 10/10 all around. Nearly brought the blade, nearly brought the chill pill but, glad I went for this, although it certainly wont be my last fan purchase.

Big fan of the big fan!
I brought this because heat is a trigger for my little boy’s epilepsy, and the whole family has gone crazy for it (even the dog). Firstly…. yes, it kicks out plenty of really cold air… even when not using the mist settings. It’s not one of those fans that recirculates warm air, this really does cool the air… and can easily cool a large bedroom. The mist setting is excellent and refreshing, because the fan brings the cooling hit straight after… so if you are sat reading this whilst suffering through a heat wave… just know that I will not be suffering alongside you. It is incredibly easy to use, really quiet and very sturdy (it has survived my kids which should be the international safety standards for product robustness). Great fan- misting cannot be used indoors.
As an owner of the smaller tabletop flex breeze fan with misting functional, which is absolutely fantastic by the way, I decided to go for the big brother with the larger fan and tank. Maybe I should have read the description in more detail as the mist function is for OUTDOOR only. Retrospectively reading the description it does say outdoor misting but it also implies the mist works indoors. If the small one mists indoors it’s reasonable to expect the large one to? The small fan has a fine mesh/gauze which provides the mist. I assumed this larger model would have 2 of these. Not so! They’re almost like hose nozzles. If you use it indoors you’ll be drenched in seconds. It’s like being squirted with a water pistol. As a stand alone pedestal fan it’s really great though with plenty of fan speeds and oscillation features, it loses 1 star for the lack of indoor misting options. I’m sure it wouldn’t be that hard to adjust the nozzles for indoor use. Only buy this if you’re wanting an outdoor only fan with misting. Otherwise buy the cheaper non misting option.

Best Fan
Wasnt sure whether it was worth the money but after receiving the fan i wish id purchased it weeks ago. Lots of different settings mean that you can get the right amount of breeze to fit your situation ie: sleeping, chillling, eating or just to cool down. The water mist is a great addition just be warned not to sit too close as you will get very wet
