Great Product
Been wearing for approx 6 months. Found it a little awkward wearing it at first but soon you don't realise you've got it on. Battery life is great, I usually get 10-11 days between charges and it only takes just over an hour to recharge. Loads of great features to monitor your health and sleep patterns but the huge bonus is there's NO subscription. I would recommend getting a cover over the top since it can mark easily.

Useful for Sleep Apnea
I bought this ring because I like all things tech. The ring's features are mostly lifestyle, Sleep, Stress, Heart rate, etc but do incl.usw the standard Steps and Exercise features. Most of these are duplicated by a smart watch which, if you are like me, you already have. In fact a smart watch is likely to be far more accurate. However, I don't like wearing a watch to bed, and most smart watches need charging once a day, so this ring is useful for measuring your Sleep, especially if you have sleep apnea, which might explain why you always wake up tired. I would urge caution, this morning is useful to determine if you MIGHT have a problem, do not take it's findings as gospel. For example, heart reading could be affected by you laying on your arm whilst asleep.

Brilliant smart ring!
After extensive research I chose the RingConn Gen 2 to replace an old fitbit wristband. My reasons for choosing this particular product were that it is small and lightweight, no subscription is required, it only needs charging every 12 days, is very accurate compared to an Apple smart watch and comprehensively & accurately monitors sleep. I am very pleased to say it has lived up to all thos expectations - and more. I highly recommend it!
