Excellent family TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of viewing , this is a step forward over my five year old Samsung QLED. I'm not a TV Geek, but the picture is vastly superior , with a super clear picture, especially viewed over high quality streaming. Great viewing angles and even the basic speakers are OK. I find the Cinema mode better than the film maker mode in a lounge. I have a bright living room and haven't had any issues with reflections on the screen. I can definitely recommend this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this OLED 55 a month ago, first of all because my wife is completely deaf without her digital hearing aids. LG are one of the few TV companies that allow the optical digital output to operate at the same time as the main speakers on the TV. Which means I can hear the TV at the same time my wife can hear it through the through the optical digital output. Otherwise only one of us would be able to hear at a time. (without the Neighbours having to listen as also). The television in itself is a fantastic bonus, Great crystal clear picture, adjustable sound and comprehensive remote control, easy peezy. well done LG. there must be a lot of people with the same problem we had. I fully recommend the LG OLED55, Best TV we have ever Purchased and I am 81 yrs old and I have bought a lot of televisions..

You can install apps from the LG Content Store, which includes popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and more
You cannot directly install Android apps (APK files) or access the Google Play Store unless you use external devices like:

Google Chromecast with Google TV
Android TV box
These devices plug into your TV via HDMI and give you access to the Play Store and Android apps.
