About this product
The Argos Home Devon Single Side Slide Divan Bed is built for restful nights and practical bedroom storage. The open coil spring unit with 192 springs provides medium-firm support, while soft fillings add cushioning without foam. A no-turn mattress means you only need to rotate it regularly to maintain its shape. The sliding storage door on the left side lets you tuck away bedding, shoes or seasonal items without needing extra bedroom furniture.
The divan base splits into two pieces for easier delivery and manoeuvring through doorways and up stairs. Chrome feet lift the frame off the floor and add a clean finish to the natural tone base. The mattress cover features a pinstripe sleeping surface with a grey border. It holds up to 203 kilogrammes maximum user weight. Minimal assembly required with two people recommended. Mattress included, headboard sold separately.
The divan base perfectly complements the mattress, with its smart design, durability and practicality. While also providing extra storage behind the 2 sliding doors.

I suppose the saying is true you get what you pay for…bought and delivered delivery guys were great, when we went to assemble this I noticed underneath one end is covered with material/upholstered to obviously hide the wood but the other half the wood was left bare for all to see! was too much hassle to wait for customer services/return then reorder and wait for a new one so had to pay someone to cover this up as I was worried about the wood splintering/splitting especially as this was for my grandsons room so wanted it to be safe as this is the underside of where I opted/paid extra for the storage so a bit disappointed I would add photos but it doesn’t give me the option to? maybe I should have bought a more expensive one and there would have been more attention to detail when it was being made.

Bed is quite good and solid the mattress is OK it will be OK for a while but will need to be replaced but it is quite comfy height is great as I struggle to get in and out of bed
