Excellent machine and very simple to put together and use. Cleaned our rugs and extremely pleased with the results. A lot lighter machine than the previous Bissell Deep Clean Clearview we had and much more user friendlier to empty dirty water.

“ Yes, this can be used on wool carpets, however, the customer will need to be careful not to saturate the carpet - Wool carpets are prone to shrinkage, so it is important to suck as much water up as possible. ”

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Upright Carpet Cleaner: If the hose does not fix in place then this is not normal, there could be a defect with the hose/cleaner to prevent the hose from fixing into place.

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Upright Carpet Cleaner clear cover that covers the brushes can not be removed however a small tool is included to clean this area. The instruction manual provides a guide on how to clean the carpet cleaner.
