Don't Buy
Look the product does the job and i think it does it well but don't as getting spare parts is very difficult and as an example the rubber bands that are are used will break frequently. Read up on reviews for this machine and also for the spare parts and you will see what i mean, other similar models that use practically the same parts will have the same issues and what is the point in having a product if parts break often and makes usage of the machine impossible.

Excellent machine and very simple to put together and use. Cleaned our rugs and extremely pleased with the results. A lot lighter machine than the previous Bissell Deep Clean Clearview we had and much more user friendlier to empty dirty water.

“ Yes, this can be used on wool carpets, however, the customer will need to be careful not to saturate the carpet - Wool carpets are prone to shrinkage, so it is important to suck as much water up as possible. ”

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Upright Carpet Cleaner: If the hose does not fix in place then this is not normal, there could be a defect with the hose/cleaner to prevent the hose from fixing into place.
