Poor return policy
I tried returning this to Argos as it has no internet access so is pointless in a low signal area. The box had been torn in the opening of it by my 91 year old father, which was an issue for Argos on my attempt to return it for a model that did have internet access. Argos refused any sort of return despite the phone being pristine..... unbelievable
