Not perfect, but good for what I need
I had lost my other in-ear headphones, which were Jabra who are no longer in this market, and needed a new pair. I review this in comparison to the Jabra headphones I had and ultimately the Jabra is much better. Things I like about the like: - Sound quality is good - The ANC is really good at blocking out all external sounds - Battery life is decent Things i'm still getting used to: - The headphones and case are extremely light - The in-ear fit doesn't feel secure, but it is Things I don't like - The matte finish is good for long-term condition, but makes everything feel quite cheap and plasticky - The supporting app could be better - No find my headphones feature (that i've found) - While ANC is really good, the hearthrough or 'ambient' function isn't great. So if you're hoping to have both headphones in, focus on works but still be alert to your surroundings, this isn't for you

Fantastic earbuds but over complicated app
Bought these to upgrade from an old pair of another make. Sound quality and connection impressive. Comfortable to wear and stay in place. My only issue is with the overly complicated app that comes with it.

Neat little Buds
Comfortable fit, battery with the buds last a long time 5Hours+, however i do wish the case of battery could be more longer with the battery. The audio itself is crisp and the noise cancelling is great.

Easy to use headphones
Easy to use! They do fall out of my ears sometimes which is a bit annoying though. They landed in a sink of water one day but luckily they survived! Work well with Spotify! They go straight onto headphone mode, the minute you pop them in your ears.

Terrific sound at a reasonable price
I bought these to replace old Sony earbuds. Although they are a lower range the improved spec makes them a good replacement. I’ve had them a few days and they sound terrific.

However, the AI technology used for calls is a built-in system that cannot be turned off.

Argos HAS to accept returns if the item is faulty or not working as described, your statutory rights trump their returns policy.
You cant return them used just because you dont like them or youve changed your mind about them, you must be able to demonstrate some flaw or defect.
If you can do this, they can not refuse to accept them.
