Sub standard experience
I bought them on release in October and initially all the pre sale reviews looked incredible, don’t be fooled by them, these are inferior to several in the same price bracket. The software glitches are unbearable, best believe they won’t stay in noise cancelling mode, one earbud dies about 30 mins before the other. They lose charge unbelievably quick. They don’t always turn off when you put them back in the case and close the lid, often staying connected to the phone. If I could return them now I would, you have been warned!

Great quality at decent price
Great sound quality, reliable connection and work well with the Sound Control app for the equaliser. Active noise cancellation works well but can take about 20 secs to respond to background sound. Ambient noise cancellation works well to hear other sounds around you. Was slightly disappointed that these ear buds are not water proof/resistant at this price point.

Superb ear buds
Very pleased with them. Sound quality is excellent and that is my main requirement. They do far more than I need them to. Only reason I didn't give 5* is because I find it difficult remembering the sequence of bud presses required to do things apart from volume up and down but that's on me. Maybe some assistant voice could offer prompts in your ear until you are au fait with it all and switch prompts off in the app 🤷🏼‍♂️

Bought these for my daughter to replace her years old Jabra ones but had to return them as the noise cancelling was so poor. Would definitely not recommend.

Opened: Because earbuds are "hygiene-sensitive" products (worn in the ear), Argos typically cannot accept returns for change of mind once the packaging or security seal has been opened.

Yes, you can use the WF-C710N with your PS5 using a Bluetooth transmitter, as PlayStation devices have different Bluetooth specifications and cannot connect directly to the headset unless with a transmitter.
