The Sony WF-C710N earbuds are built for people who want clear sound, active noise cancellation, and all-day comfort wherever they go. Whether you're commuting, working from home, or out for a run, these true wireless earbuds block out distractions with Noise Cancelling mode and let you tune back in with Ambient Sound when you need to stay aware. The Digital Sound Enhancement Engine upscales your music for crisp vocals and powerful bass, and you can tweak your sound with the 5-band EQ in the Sony Sound Connect app. With 5mm drivers and IPX4 water resistance, they're ready for daily use.
You get up to 40 hours of battery life. The earbuds provide 12 hours and the charging case provides 28 hours when Noise Cancelling is off. A quick 5-minute charge gives an hour of playback, so you're never without music. Touch sensor controls on the earbuds allow easy operation, and Precise Voice Pickup keeps calls clear. Bluetooth 5.3 provides a stable connection up to 10m, and Multipoint Connection lets you pair with two devices at once. The lightweight design ensures comfort for extended wear, and the case includes hybrid silicone earbuds in multiple sizes and a USB cable.

Could be better
The noise cancelling could be better. I am constantly trying to get the best fit in my ear to cut out background noise. Thus I seem to revert to my Sony over ear headphones WH-1000XM5 which are fantastic in this regard. So overall disappointing but build quality good and inexpensive

Argos HAS to accept returns if the item is faulty or not working as described, your statutory rights trump their returns policy.
You cant return them used just because you dont like them or youve changed your mind about them, you must be able to demonstrate some flaw or defect.
If you can do this, they can not refuse to accept them.
