I ordered this clock online and when I went to pick it up in the store, I was handed completely the wrong clock, but with the correct clock's order number on it. The assistant said I could try ordering again, but there would be no way of knowing if I would receive the right clock or the same wrong one again, so I gave up. Pity, as I liked the look of this one.

Yes, this isn't radio controlled so you will need to turn the clock forward/backwards inline with British Summer/Winter Time.
